Default Current Packard Plant owner....NOT an absentee scumlord?

I guess it takes a wolf to fight wolves.

I have my doubts about this guy[[at least his abilities if not his sincerity/intentions), but he at least seems to be trying to secure the place. And he isn't turning the place into an outdoor toilet like that Chicago pisser.

That he's playing a little rough with the hooligans is a plus.

Now there’s a new danger: Park your ride on the sprawling auto plant and you may find it on the back of a tow truck, leaving you without wheels in a dicey neighborhood.
Isn't this the same as just about any private parking lot has posted? "If you park here illegally, you will get towed."

At least he backs the warning up with actions. Serves them right.

Why diss visitors to the old Packard Plant? No-one but them was interested in the place for the last 60 years.

    You mean tresspassers? Robber-bait? Scrappers?

Hey I don't want strange folks running through my house taking what little stuff I have or smashing crap or slipping, falling and suing me. I don't blame him.

Looks like playtime is over for urban explorers. They're getting shut down also at the former Northville Hospital on 7 mile.
    It's about time!!!
