Why all the detroit police cop car by compuware building blocking the streets etc..

Dont see anything going on, just police cars, my boss called me and ask me whats going on, roads are blocked

i heard there was no water this morning at Hudson cafe.. the whole street didn't have water.. so maybe there was a leak or something.. whatever it is I also saw heard it's fixed now

There is a Detroit Thermal crew working hard at Shelby and Congress, where a large plume of steam is disrupting traffic. Not sure if there is any relationship, but perhaps.

Yea if it's something to do with the steam system, then it'd make sense why the police have blocked off some streets. A steam explosion would certainly not be good.
