Seeking a good real estate appraiser for Detroit buildings

A friend of mine has been approached by someone from out-of-town about a building he owns, and has been offered something for it, but no one is sure if that is really a fair offer for the building, for the area, etc.
Does anyone on this forum know any good appraisers for Detroit buildings? [[i.e. = old, empty, unkept - etc). Any useful information will be appreciated.
