Thanx, Zacha341. Well, those clowns did it again. I have a ticket outstanding I already paid. I found copies of the ticket, the check, the filled out stamped envelope, and I'm waiting to hear if my bank can forward a cancelled check copy. This one was my all time favorite: "No Parking Anytime..." the rocket scientist neglected to read the second line, "During Snow Emergency....", it was bone dry. What a system.
