Voyag3r to play Metro Times Blowout and ready new LP


Detroit's Voyag3r have been added to this years Metro Times Blowout Festival. The 17th annual music festival has spread from Hamtramck and Ferndale to now include Detroit and spans from April 30 to May 3.


Voyag3r's slot is Friday, May 2 at the New Way Bar in Ferndale. Voyag3r hits the stage at 12:45am. Wristband information is available at http://www.mtblowout.com


In addition to this high profile festival, Voyag3r is putting the finishing touches on their debut full length LP [[the follow up to last years Victory In The Battle Chamber 7") that will be released on Bellyache Records.


This 12" vinyl LP will be packed to the brim with music, over 35 minutes of synth based horror/sci-fi/action adventure score rock. The album was recorded at the Tempermill studios in Ferndale, MI. All vintage analog synthesizers, guitars and acoustic drums were tracked to 2" analog tape for maximum authenticity for this vintage sound and spirit. The album will also be available digitally at all online music stores.
