"Somerset" Apartment building demolition

on E. Jefferson adjacent to Bob Maxey Ford, an abandoned apartment building "Somerset Arms", is gradually being demolished. Several months back, at one point I thought that a fire had been started and it had started collapsing in on itself. It stayed half-collapsed for months. Then today, after work I finally see some steam shovels which are apparently gradually tearing down the rest.

I see a sign that says Farbman Realty in front.. I don't know if they own it or are simply managing potential sales..

It would still be a great spot for a new taller apartment complex once the dust settles. Too bad the "Somerset," not Arms, could have been maintained.
