Default Is this the new Hantz Farm location?

I was driving eastbound down Vernor yesterday and I noticed a bunch of cut down trees amongst vacant lots between Crane and Holcomb. Does anyone know what is going on over there or is this one of the proposed Hantz Farm locations?

Maybe someone needs firewood in this cold winter?

I don't have the property map on hand, but I'm pretty sure he has most of the land right there.

And the farm doesn't have "locations" as much as it's just trees planted all over. The way it will look when it's done is it'll look like someone planted trees in the empty lots, it won't really look like an actual farm.

All of the vacant [[formerly city-owned) land between St. Jean, Van Dyke, Mack and Jefferson is owned by Hantz Farms.
