Default City of Detroit Designated Historic District

The City of Detroit Historic Designation Board has confirmed about 80 locations as City of Detroit Designated Historic Districts. The complete documentation for each district use to be available on line from a City of Detroit server at the folloiwng url:
    CityCouncil/LegislativeAgencies/HistoricDesignationAdvisoryBoard/MapsReportsandOtherResources/HDABFinalReports.aspx

This link no longer works. Does anyone know if these reports of
the city's Historic Designation group are available at some other
    site? Thank you.

I suggest you contact your City Council person. I checked the CC website, a lot of the Historic Commission stuff is off line.

Nice to see that the Eddystone Hotel is its' own designated district, although I don't understand why the Park Ave. Hotel [[Harbor Lights) next door is not included in one as well... although they both are on the National Register of Historic Places....

It will be interesting to see the fight that will be brewing over their demise for likely arena parking.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but the Detroit Historic District Commission has a Facebook page which is updated regularly.
