    Interesting article.

    I have a tangently related question:

    When should we expect to see site clearing begin for the new hockey arena? [[as soon as the weather clears?) I would assume that can be done while bonds, etc. are being sold.

    I assume they do not want to see time wasted. Time will be of the essence to get the arena done.

    Two new small high tech job firms just move in the 2 of Dan Gilbert's building. One at of the former MICHCON Building. The Other at former National City Bank Building.
