Chrysler Glass Plant on McGraw

forgive me if this was posted before...... but looks like they are working on clearing/leveling the property on McGraw/Wyoming where the Chrysler Glass plant was located. Anyone know what's going on - is something scheduled to go up in that spot?

There was a banner hung last week between those 2 large, round, cut-down, metal poles, that used to hold the Chrysler sign. I believe it said an automobile industry supplier was moving into that spot. I'll try to snap a photo, or @ least get the wording correct.

Farbman bought it in 04 to make a manufacturing hub,Customs and BP was going to use it for an inspection hub,until somebody dreamed up a new bridge so funding was canceled in both aspects.

If I am not confused I believe a building supply , like HD was going to go in there for a bit but demand is going up for manufacturing space and the city is becoming more desirable so maybe it is back to the hub aspect again.
