Park Avenue Apartments GCP

So I remember reading some time ago on the site that the Park Avenue Apartments had closed quite unceremoniously. I think it was mentioned the residents had 30 days to exit the building, as it was being closed. I'm quite unfamiliar with the building and all I knew was it was residential. It seems like its been closed for maybe a year now, and absolutely nothing is happening there. Does anyone know why the building was closed? Has there been any activity there at all since then or an announcement as to what is going to be done with it? It seems so odd that it would close that randomly and not hear anything else about it.
