    Default What's the plan for the Packard Plant?

    Will the Packard become offices and apartments? Is there any call for offices and apartments in that area? Can demand for such things be created?

    Right now there is no concrete plan for it; just a new owner. It is currently zoned M-4; manufacturing industrial. [[pg 24 & 27).

    PRI's public radio program, The World, had an excellent interview with Fernando Palazuelo on yesterday's program. Palazuelo talks a little about his vision for the site.
