just an fyi... Maurice Wiggins is not an owner of the Hudson Cafe and hasn't been involved with that place for quite some time. the original article has been corrected to read "Maurice Wiggins, a former manager of the Hudson Café..."

The article also states that construction on the Midtown Professional Plaza started in August, but there is no evidence of anything happening there.
