I'm getting hungry -- heading to kitchen to work something out! Yeah, Smart Balance may be the move.

Thank you for my second good laugh today. Your herb is fine with me just not my cup of "herbal" tea.

Alright... wiping the drool off my keyboard... all this savory talk reminded me of a very tasty butter substitute that I've been buying as of late. It's called "Brummel & Brown"... and it contains 35% Vegetable Oil Spread and 10% nonfat yogurt. Although that doesn't sound very good... the taste is very very good. Found at most better food stores and Kroger, and comes in a blue plastic tub.

^^^ Hmmm, sounds like a winner! I'll try a small tub to see how I like it...

I too would recommend Brummell and Braun. It has a very creamy texture and a rich flavor. I go with the SmartBalance because of a cholesterol problem.

...Brown? Really? Gosh, in my head I see 'Braun' must be some intractable glitch in my Teutonic DNA. Thank you for the correction.
