Anyone Wondering About "Victory" and "Progress?"

Just a thought- I was thinking about calling the Venus Bronze Works about the bronze/copper quadrigas which were removed from the roof of the Wayne County Courthouse for restoration. Seems like it's been a while. Does anyone think the county hasn't paid for the work? Or would it be Farbman's responsibility? Getting a little nervous that we may not see them return since everyone's broke these days.
