    Default Some Good News On Cass Plaza

    Looks like it's getting rehabbed into $600/month apartments. I was worried that it would be torn down after a story about it last year on Curbed.

    Great new! More renovation, more housing. I bet the owner of the previously renovated Chesterfield next door will be glad to not have that big eyesore next door.

    The article says its two buildings; one on Cass and one on Davenport. I think the smaller one on Davenport is especially nice.
