    Default Rhodes and Rosen

Question...we've heard a lot about the bankruptcy proceedings in court but we're just now starting to get some coverage on the mediation process.

Does anyone know what the dynamic is like between Rhodes and Roden? Is Rhodes allowed to signal how he'll rule to Roden so that Roden can leverage that information to try to force an agreement?

Or is there a "wall" between the two, as of they were sequestered from each other?

    Roden[[t) Ha!

That little beady-eyed pipsqueak's been called that before.

Even when they were in the same building, I don't remember District and Bankruptcy Judges interacting much, at least not publicly.

Didn't I read somewhere that he's Chief Judge now too? From what I remember of his Napoleonic Complex when I used to run into him, he's not about to take advice from those 'beneath' him like a mere Bankruptcy Judge.
