I must admit, that is the most impressed I've been with Bing since he took office. Which leaves me to question, where is THIS Bing on a local level? Too much feet draggin' for 2 months in office in my opinion. If there are no big announcements, how about some sort of progress report? How about some reassurance that change is in the works? Instead, all we hear is silence.
