Croghan St. became Monroe

does anyone know when Croghan became Monroe? I see in 1863 I have an ancestor living on Croghan, Google Maps doesn't show Crogan...then found a website regarding St. Mary's Church that says it was originally on Croghan now Monroe. When did that happen? Thanks

According to List of Streets in Detroit: The Names of which Have Been Changed, with the Dates of City Ordinances Changing the Same published in 1891, Croghan St. was changed to Monroe St. in May 1891.
