This guy just can't get enough of Detroit. I'm sure his investment will be up and running in a few weeks....

Putting on my Rosie Scenario glasses here. Maybe the Packard was too much and something will actually happen with the Cadillac. Its a LOT less to tackle.

From the News: “He bought a lot of single-family dwellings and bought one or two more significant commercial properties,” said Szymanski.

He must have been able to come up with the funds to close on those properties. It would be interesting to know what they are.

Wayne County, "Times up. You got the rest of the 2 million?" Hultz, "No. What can I get for 300 bucks?"

Yea basically. From the Google Maps view it looks like the area directly to the north is nothing but bulldozed houses and the overgrown remains of a neighborhood. Maybe this is the area he has bought as well to construct the prefabbed modules. Who knows.

He won't buy it! He's to busy on other things. If any corporate businessmen wants to invest in real estate they better have a plan for development and its purpose. Banks and creditors don't want maybes and possibilities, they want results.

This makes me chuckle, but good luck to the guy.
