Sprinklers still on!

Driving down Jefferson last night -- November 9 -- and noticed the sprinklers going at Mt. Elliot on the boulevards. Maybe this is too insignificant for our financial and operational mastermind EM.

And it's too bad his boss The Governor can't get the street lights working on the Ford Freeway.

They may have just been winterizing the lines. That's pretty common this time of year and if you drove by at the right time it would still look like they were running.

As for the Ford, I swear, it looks like those new lights are on during the day-time, but I never see any activity. The I drive home and it's pitch-dark. What gives?
