Default CPA Building in Corktown Bought

Good news, as long as the buyer redevelops it. Hopefully the new owner will fix this building up. I know that recently a car crashed into it and did some damage.

In the running for my favorite Detroit building.

This may well be a sign of a turning point. As the CBD slowly gets bought up and refilled, the outlying areas will start to fill. A sign of this is happening can be seen in the Corridor and now Corktown.

This type of pattern [[core rejuvenating followed by outlying areas) occurred in NYC, Boston, Chicago and is even happening is Grand Rapids. Invenstors looking outside of downtown should be a hopful sign.

I guess this is a step in the right direction, considering the current owner seemed to have zero intention of doing anything with it.
