    1265 Griswold... this one is interesting because it's in capitol park and I know gilbert has been really pushing his view of capitol park about having a bunch of cafe's or whatever..

    regardless i'm excited about both purchases... two empty crappy looking buildings that will be rehabbed soon

    I'm real happy to see Capitol Park get some development attention. The place always looks super sketchy at night, especially State St from Woodward going to Capitol Park
