People who clamor for high-rises in places with poor public transit should visit Dallas, where every 2-4 story building has been wiped out for parking for tall buildings.

You know, other cities, everywhere else on the planet Earth including the U.S., manage to have large buildings without having a huge stupid unproductive individual parking garage for each frigging building. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

This is just good business by the very smart owner of the Penobscot, Mr. Apop. That Michigan Ave. lot will be a parking goldmine. They will probably be able to park 10 cars on that site. Brilliant.
