Road work around Millender Center

I tried to park at the Millender Center garage this morning.

East bound Larned was closed at Randolph, literally yards away from the garage entrance.

I took Randolph up to Fort, and came back down Beaubien. Looked down Congress toward Millender again, and it appeared Congress was closed at Brush, again that's just before the Millender entrance on that side.

How long has this been going on, and how do you get into the Millender Center garage?

I just went through that mess...eastbound the signs read Closed to Through Traffic. I'd guess if you park there, you are not considered Through. The better approach, though, seems Jefferson to Randolph and wait in that long line of people making that same decision. Trying to make a left into it or even cross it would be worse than waiting. Unless you kamikaze a beater rust-bucket straight into the center.

What a clusterfuck downtown this morning. It feels like a real city now.
