    Cleaning job is progressing [[50%?) and the building looks much better after cleaning.

    ...and I noticed SPEAKERS hanging all around the perimeter today. My partner says the ones at the Chase building play horrible music, I'm sure these'll be fed the same.

    The city has a noise ordinance, don't they?!

    Maybe they're to keep the panhandlers and pigeons away?? Piping in YANNI or ZAMFIR on his Pan flutes does the trick for that....
