    Yes HT, I believe it originated around 1921 on one of the older internets.

    YouTube hadn't, but I heard picture film was around back then.

    And of course there is this neat invention they use these days called video converters.

    4:45 in the first one is very chilling. The fact that someone actually took video of that is very interesting.

    So that's what 48234 looked like back in the day...

    The guy my mom bought her first house from told me that the area was nothing but open land before they bought the house, which was built in 1943. I imagined it... and now I see that it looked exactly like what I imagined. Great video. 4:45, the best part, hands down.

    Old guy... although I know that's not it [[since it's not police related)... but it looks very much like the drill hall at the Broadhead Naval Armory.
