    Default My father's autobiography

After gone missing for many years, the manuscript finally turned up. Lots of memories about early Detroit. His life in twenty-six pages.

My family's "journal" is housed in the Burton Library of the Detroit Public Library. Look for McLinn Family Collection. It's a summary of the genealogy study I did of grandma/pa, mom/dad, aunts, uncles, with pictures, etc. All of them Detroit residents. Pictures, documents, etc.
You may think about doing the same, make the book "professional" and donate it to the Library.

I read some of the autobiography. Very fascinating. I wish my family had a good history record, but we just have what we've passed down through word of mouth.
