    Default Cities begin to use eminent domain to keep people in homes

    A City in California has begin to use eminent domain to buy homes from banks at the current market value in order to keep people who are underwater from moving away or losing them.

    Obviously the banks don't like this and are going to fight them.

    If successful, could this work here?
