Haven't seen this reported here, Potbelly and CMU moving into One Kennedy Square http://www.detroitnews.com/article/2.../BIZ/307180113 and I have noticed the For Lease signs down and recent internal construction at the renovated but empty storefronts at the SE corner of Cass and Willis. Anyone know what is going in?
