I'd like to believe that, but considering the fact that they only avoided a tax foreclosure because of White's gift I would have to believe that they were/are teetering on the edge. I mean 140k should really be nothing for a venue that size and if they did not have the cash or the credit line to come up with that, they have some serious issues. If that's the case, it's only going to take one unexpected repair or other expense to put them over the edge.
