Default Could Columbia work in Detroit?

Would a Columbia store be a good fit for downtown Detroit? MooseJaw is doing good at the location that it is in. I wonder if Columbia open a store in the Downtown or Midtown area be a great idea.

I don't think there's enough demand for both Moosejaw and Columbia right now, but give it a year or two maybe. The market is obviously there, I'm just not sure it's big enough at this point.
