Action/destruction like this has never been done on the screen before.

Avengers raised the bar last year. MOS did it again this year.

I really like it in 3D. That's the best way to watch these movies now. I did like Harry Cavill as Superman BUT I did not like the pick for Lois Lane. Her character in this movie was totally dry and I didn't feel the chemistry. But overall, I thought it was good. Spiritual undertones for sure.

The whole superman origin story is an update of the story of moses, and Larry Tye has suggested that his kryptonian name was to sort of hint at "voice of god". others have interpreted it to be khal - which means light, I think. "el is clearly "of god" [[Beth El = house of god)

But..Clark Kent was never IN the NRA [[-;! The film was wayyy too long with cartoonish action scenes! The building falling in a cloud of dust-an obvious illusion to 9/11 was Tasteless! I saw it for Diane Lane. She and Kevin Costner were Good as Superboy's parents, but it all went downhill from there.
