Default Work on Ransom Gillis house?

I've driven by there a few times in the past two weeks and it looks like things are happening. There are newly built wooden staircases up to two of the entrances. This morning there were a few construction vehicles around the house and several workers. Has anyone heard what's going on? This is one of my favorite buildings in Brush Psrk.

I saw a film crew shooting there a few weeks ago, so my guess would be it's being used as a set and the improvements you see are to accomodate the cast and crew.

They will live there during shooting?

I do know that they are filming for Low Winter Sun on AMC. I can assure you they aren't living there as they are gone on a few nights. All of the improvements are for the cast and crew and it looks great to be used, but probably isn't permanent. I work at Comerica Park and walk by there before almost every ballgame. A few weeks ago, they had a Maserati just chilling in the alley, waiting for a part of the shoot.
