Default Can sagging pants be BANNED! in the United States?

There is a law in most southern states that wearing sagging pants is illegal! It's a form of public indecency that could put your jail for up to a year with a $1,000 fine. Can this anti-sagging pants law be banned in the U.S? Surely the some cities in Michigan are thinking about it.

Now Big Brother wants to tell little brother to pull up your pants or else I'm telling mama!

Personally, I think it's a veiled political assault against plumbers.

I'd think cops would want thugs to wear baggy pants. Worthless punks can't run as fast and they're easier to catch.

I always thought that the sagging pants originated in the prisons, but evidently that is not the case.

Ick what an image... Saggin'? The CHOICE to be so 'enslaved' to a style that you adapt your walk and gait to wear it is dysfunctionally absurd to me!

How do you come to a place where you agree to 'self' hobble and are forced to do things with one hand -- other hand constantly in use to pull pants up??

A real mind-bend here, but not just in this area...

Where's the freedom and rebellion in this? Might as well be wearing iron chains.
