Two unidentified men were killed in a high-speed crash this morning on Detroit’s east side.

The men were in a car that was speeding west on East Outer Drive at Stotter near Van Dyke about 12:40 a.m. when the car left the road, rolled over and hit a true, according to Detroit Police spokeswoman Sgt. Eren Stephens.

Police did not release any additional details about the crash.

The language makes it sound as if the car were like Stephen King's "Christine".

IT was speeding, and then IT left the road. Poor fellows were in the wrong car at the wrong time.
