It seems the residency requirements are one full year [[365 days) of residency at 'filing time'. Not the filing date 'deadline'. This puts Duggan ummm, some days short?

Did he not have even a paper wall calendar available to have avoided this?

Here's how it is all going to play out.

*Barrow will bring the case up to one of this cronies in the Wayne County Circuit Court.

*Barrow's crony will overturn the board's decision, removing Duggan from the ballot.

*Duggan and his lawyers will take it to the conservative/anti-Detroit Michigan Appeals Court.

*The Michigan Appeals Court will overturn the Wayne County Circuit Court's decision, upholding the board's decision.

*The dog and pony show will end. Duggan will remain on the ballot.
