    Default An old time type gas station located at 11000 E Warren Ave Detroit, MI 48214.

    I noticed an old gas station type building at 11000 E Warren Ave Detroit, MI 48214.
    The whole lot has been fenced off to protect it and the building on it.
    Would anyone know why so much effort has been put into saving this building?
    I mean so many beautiful buildings rot away while this one is more or less being protected?

    Are you sure about the address. The Register of Deeds doesn't show anything for that address.
