I have two different friends of friends on that disaster. Im now trying to figure out if they may be the same people. My Brother is a pilot out of Bagram [[non military) and he said the cargo shifted from the front to the back causing the wreck due to the shift in weight, I watched the video, I couldnt believe how it dropped like an anchor. I do know that weight in a plane has to be carefully calculated. Im no pilot but grew up in a family of them.
    So sad.

The 747-101 was heading back to the States as I understand, which meant it was a full of fuel watching the video you can understand why a shift in weight to the back of the plane would cause such a disaster. Gladly there were only 7 on board I believe.

The Hasler family is well known in the Downriver area, especially in the local hockey community. I didn't know Brad but I know members of his family. My thoughts and prayers are with them.
