    Default New RFP for Midtown development - Cass & Canfield


    The RFP calls for a new building between four and seven stories with ground floor retail and high-end apartments targeting grad students and young professionals up above.

    Said it the other day, but I'm so happy they are promoting/requiring maintenance of a street wall with ground level retail.

    the pace of development in that area is very encouraging. It really is too bad they botched it with the University Tower. That was built recently enough to know better.
