"6:35 PM 4209-4219 Woodward-Proposed development adjacent to the Willis-Selden HD"

That would be this lot:



I thought I heard a mention of this recently, couldn't figure out where.

The address in the post is a Woodward address. The building behind it is Detroit Thermal and is very much still in use.

I was hoping for an ESPN Sports Zone.

I know somebody has talked about that development on here as well. If I recall correctly, something like 4/5 stories residential with ground floor retail. I thought someone said construction could start as early as this summer?

I only went once. It was for the Thanksgiving Day parade. It was a great call. Cost about $50, but included a ton of food, a warm perch, and a clean bathroom!

Agave was at 4265 Woodward, southwest corner of Woodward and Canfield.
