This is short notice but Detroit Eviction Defense will host a fundraising Taste Fest on Saturday, April 6 from 6-11 PM at Old St. John's [[St. John's/St. Luke's) United Church of Christ, 2120 Russell St, south of Gratiot. Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under. The ticket includes some food and entertainment. For additional information, call 313 422 3242.

Glad others are aware of this national movement. Neighbors keeping neighbors in their homes.
Really happy to report that we raised enough money to keep our neighbor in his home. The buy back offer was successful and we are moving on to save another neighbor in need.
