In North Korea, Communist dictator for life Kim Jong Un is preparing his red army for a possible nuclear war against the South Korea, Japan and United States. This kind of WWIII will be mutually detered. As in they bomb us, we'll bomg them mentality. Does this nuclear threat for North Korea for real. Or is it just a propaganda stunt for Kim Jong Un's reputation as their god that will deliver his isolated socialist nation from what he called 'capitalist oppressors?' North Korea wants to show the world that even a smallest nation[[s) in the planet can pack nuclear heat. What I'm waiting is for someone to throw the first punch.

I think it's 90% bluster, but Kim Long Un seems unstable enough that the other 10% worries me. Not that I think they can do any direct harm to us [[their missile tests are a joke - the pics are all really bad photoshop jobs, as were those hover-craft troop landers) but I can see them dropping a nuke on S. Korea, which would, of course, trigger the US into carpet-bombing them into oblivion

Not to worry, rb336, that membership in the "Axis of Evil" pinned on the Norks was just a figment of Bushitler's warmongering imagination. Obama the Nobel One knew that it was the Smirking Chimp's plans for implementing long-range missile defense systems that were the major impediment to hitting the "RESET" button on our foreign policy relationship with Russia, so he made the decision in April 2009 to scrap the missle interceptor system that Cowboy Bush had ordered for Fort Greely, Alaska, coincidently on the very next day after the Norks staged a missile test!

Rest easy rb336 - Obama the Perceptive One knows that the Nork leaders are ''all hat and no cattle", just like that pretentious son of a Bush who couldn't string two coherent sentences together! You can trust Obama the Silver-Tongued Orator to be able to convince the Norks otherwise if they happened to misinterpret the signal sent by the cancellation of the Fort Greely system.

Fast-forward four years later and Obama the Patient One is still waiting for the Russians to reciprocate but don't worry, he isn't sitting on his hands regarding the Norks. Why just last month after those wacky Norks staged another joke of a test, Obama the Dithering One announced that work on the missile interceptor system for Fort Greely will resume and should be ready in four years. If the crazy Norks should try something stupid in the meantime, Obama and his bumbling SecDef [[“It is very clear from the testimony that Sen. Hagel will not be bringing the potato salad to the next Mensa picnic.”) should be able to "contain" it to the Korean peninsula and hope that the winds are blowing in the right direction so as to not add to the radiation levels in Japan.
