The new 28 Grand micro apartments have topped out and all windows are in. Set to open in the next 2-3 months!

Capitol park looking better every day.

Also to address the questions regarding no windows on the north side of the building [[pictured above). It seems bedrock has already prepared for the future knowing that a building will likely be built right up against this one on that empty lot. Glad to seem them encouraging this development rather than converting that lot into their personal parking lot for the building [[this building has no attached parking)

Pretty crazy how fast that went up. Kinda sucks to be the people who lived behind it with a view of Capitol Park before, but that's progress i guess. I wonder what they have planned for that corner lot.

These apartments are opening in a couple of months after only a few months of being built while DuCharme in Lafayette Park is still being constructed after 2 years of construction. What's wrong with this picture

^Or, in the case of Bedrock and the construction company responsible for the micro apartments, what's right with it.

This building was erected using a lot of pre-fab materials. It wasn't a traditional steel and beam structure with stone or materials overlaying it. All those pieces were pre-fab concrete raised into position so I'm sure that cut down on construction time. Also bedrock seems much more efficient and has more funds than other developers I'm sure
