Bummer if it fell through.

While the midtown site lists the property as for sale, the link is broken. The brief search I did described the property as off the market. I hope that is an indication that the renovation will still take place. That building is such a huge eyesore that its renovation would be a major contribution to that area and would provide some much needed housing.
