One of the papers ran an article on Wed. saying that Riddle called money from the Dems. as "hush money". The ink wasn't even dry on that before Riddle was being quoted elsewhere denying that he had made that claim and that he had done work for the money he was paid. Sam's mission seems to be to cause as much turmoil as possible.

Pretty simple..Riddle's blowing as much smoke as he can to try and protect his own ass, which is probably gonna end up in a sling once all the dust has settled.

I'd LOVE to have access to all of Riddle's insider knowledge of crooked politics in Detroit..if he and Adolph Mongo ever decided to tell all, we'd probably be left with two clerks and a legal secretary running the city..
