Interesting, I spoke with the owner at H the H a couple of weeks ago about the history of the building and the "new" circa 1920 facade and he indicated they use multiple floors and made no mention of a move.

It's more of a guess on my part. I saw the owner the other day with another guy [[clipboards in hand). They were standing in front of their current store, taking notes. Then they walked over to the 1323 space [[again taking notes), and the HH owner pulled out some keys and they went inside. Also, a few months ago I was talking to the building owner of 1323, and he mentioned that HH was interested in the space.
