    Great Band, always performed at a high level

    The Ohio Players were one of the greatest bands of the 70's. Always put on a great show. "Sugarfoot" RIP.

    In regards to today's music he was referring to the hatred in the lyrics.
    Back in the day I suppose many were getting after him for the sexual nature of the lyrics. To each his own.

    regarding today's music - I am almost shocked when I hear a voice that hasn't been autotuned to death. use of autotune should immediately disqualify an artist from Grammy consideration. It's the steroid of the music industry

    I generally don't care for the funky kind of soul that the Ohio Players did, but "Pain" was a thing of rare beauty.
