    Default Sanders caramel cake frosting

    OK, LOOK DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REALLY RECREATE THIS FROSTING? DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THIS CAKE? I KNOW THAT SANDERS HAD EQUIPMENT THAT IS NO LONGER AROUND AND I HAVE HEARD THEY USED INGREDIENTS THAT WERE SECRET. STILL I MISS THIS CAKE SO MUCH THAT I AM WILLING TO TRY JUST ABOUT ANYTHING

    My sentiments exactly! Sanders Caramel cake was the best. I have had that recipe listed above before. It's good, but not quite exact. The caramel icing has a hard time sticking to the cake.

    If you love Sanders caramel cake, I suggest you try Traffic Jam's caramel sea-salted ice cream. It's FANTASTIC!
