Thats $25 million is the same $25 million that was dedicated to the Woodward Light Rail project from the TIGER program. It was awarded years ago.

I think it will according to the M-1 report: http://www.m-1rail.com/wp-content/up...2012_pages.pdf, spring 2013, if I'm not mistaking Mdot is reconstructing Woodward this spring. I believe it will tie in with the M-1 rail project. In time to be able to lay the tracks as they repave behind them, Woodward will be a mess this summer.
